International Export Sales

The DHPI Export Department specializes in supplying the needs of dentists world-wide. Our International customers range from independent dentists to foreign governments. We offer a wide variety of products from the over 600 manufacturers that we represent. From burs all the way up to digital x-rays, DHPI can furnish all your dental needs.

Some things to consider regarding exporting from the U.S.

• Some manufacturers do not allow DHPI to sell their products outside of the U.S. Please inquire as to availability of specific products.


• If the product is electrical, please specify the voltage AND cycles.


• If there are regulations from your country regarding the importation of dental supplies, please let us know, so we can alert our freight carrier.


• ALL export orders are shipped via DHL Air Freight. You are responsible for the shipping charges, as well as all other charges related to your order, such as banking fees.


• Payment in full is requested prior to shipment. Our preferred method of payment is by direct bank transfer. All payments must be payable in U.S. Dollars.


• DHPI exports to retail end-users as well as at a wholesale level to foreign dealers. Dealers are especially encouraged to look at the DHPI proprietary "HEALTH-TEC" line, exclusively available from DHPI. HEALTH-TEC products are less expensive than “name-brand” products, and offer similiar quality.


• Catalogs: The current DHPI catalog contains over 700 pages with about 18,000 items. Due to the heavy weight of this catalog, we must charge a US $15 shipping fee. This initial catalog fee will be refunded to you with your first order of over US $150. The catalog will be shipped to you via DHL Air, which will also "test" that carrier’s ability to deliver orders to you correctly.
